Taylor Swift’s dad has reportedly been whispering in Harry Styles ear about the future of his relationship with his famous daughter.

The One Direction hunk has only been dating Tay Tay since December last year but already they’ve holidayed in New York, vacationed in the Lake District, spent her birthday together, celebrated New Year’s Eve together and this week the couple are relaxing with one another on Richard Branson’s luxurious Necker Island.

While Scott Kingsley Swift reportedly likes the handsome singer, it’s said he’s come over all protective father over the last few days and in his role of a worried dad and also a concerned manager he’s apparently worried that things will end badly between Hay and Swifty, leaving her heartbroken, devastated and unable to concentrate on her career.

“He likes Harry but he wants them to slow down and take things easy,” a source told The Sun.

They added:

“It’s clear to everyone they are smitten with one another and already talking about marriage.

“He doesn’t want them to split up as fast as they’ve got together and for Taylor to end up devastated.”

We don’t know how much notice Harry took of Taylor’s dad though as the pair looked pretty cosy in new pictures of their Caribbean break which were released yesterday.

In saying that he looked pretty at ease with Virgin boss Branson too, when he was photographed in the hot tub with the entrepreneur and we;re pretty sure he isn’t dating him!
