One Direction fans will of course know that the lads, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne, are beginning their latest world tour on February 23 at London’s O2 arena…

And ahead of the live concerts, the boys have been getting ready for the rigours of the road by taking early morning Zumba classes!

However, a source at the class they attend reckons that the boys aren’t naturally inclined to Latin rhythms…

The insider told The Sun, “The lads are not natural movers so them dancing to Latin music is a sight to behold.

“But they know it’s good for fitness so they’re putting in the graft.”

They’re apparently taking spinning classes too!

one directionThe paper adds, “Zumba is the only dancing that One Direction will be doing over the next few months.

“For their performances, there will be no stereotypical boy band routines — just their standard jumping around on stage.”

However, 1D have hired top choreographer Paul Roberts to oversee that “jumping around on stage.”

The paper also reports that 1D’s management have warned the boys to curb their partying ahead of the tour – so that they can get some early nights – and they’ve been told to cut down on their smoking and drinking too.

The world tour will see the lads playing over a hundred dates across four continents during ten months of grueling travelling and performing.

Looks like they’re going to be exhausted for about a year!

There have of course been claims from some music insiders that the 1D lads are being worked too hard, and I have to say, that is one hell of schedule…

Do you think it’s too much? Over a hundred gigs in dozens of cities across nearly a year? Let us know, but for now, here’s a reminder of the trailer for the lads’ forthcoming film…
