Robbie Williams is buying his own island, so he can UFO spot in peace!

Robbie Williams – who is of course X Factor judge Gary Barlow’s BFF and Take That band mate, and as such, will be helping Gary to choose which acts go forward from this year’s Judges’ Houses round – is reportedly in the process of buying his own island off the coast of California…

And fair enough, why wouldn’t you when you’re mega rich? But while similarly wealthy peeps such as Richard Branson purchased their own sun drenched islands to use as holiday spots, Robbie’s will have an altogether different purpose, and that is to allow him to UFO spot in peace!

According to the Daily Star Sunday, Robbie has placed a bid of £415,000 for the 1.3-acre White Rock Island, which is a 22-mile boat ride from the Los Angeles shoreline.

The paper adds, “The outcrop, a favourite dive site for tourists, is owned by Hollywood director Michael Caffrey, who has only ever used it for film, TV and commercial shoots…

“Home to a variety of exotic birds, White Rock also boasts regular crystal clear night skies so Robbie can indulge his passion for sighting alien spacecraft.”

Robbie apparently fell in love with White Rock when he went their UFO hunting a year ago with his wife Ayda, who is of course expecting their first child.

A friend of Robbie’s told the paper, “It’s a dream location for him and means he, Ayda and the baby won’t have to check into any local hotels where he’s always recognised.

“He’s in negotiations and he’s thrilled at the prospect of buying White Rock. Ayda’s hooked on his UFO kick.”

Ee, nice work if you can get it eh?

Publish every single photo you shoot exactly as the camera captures them, Robbie… even the garbage shots! Edit nothing and exclude nothing!

That’ll make you superior to *every single UFO photographic documenter that has ever lived*!
