Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding doesn’t know how her band mate Cheryl Cole keeps on top of all her projects.

Cole is currently a judge on ITV’s X Factor, she is also pursuing a solo career and hoping to crack the American market next year.

“I don’t know how Cheryl does it. She has not stopped.” Harding told the Daily Record.

“I went straight into doing St Trinian’s and we’ve all kept ourselves busy – but not at the sort of pace she has. I would be dead as a dodo.”

Sarah also denied rumours that Girls Aloud are splitting up.

“We’re simply taking a break.” She explained. “After seven years, it can become a little bit monotonous and we all felt it was time for us to pursue our own ambitions.

“I’m not saying I don’t want to sing anymore – I’ve done tracks for the soundtrack – but the acting is something I’ve always wanted to pursue.”
