So this week was the last week of Auditions before they begin the first stages of boot camp and there were some really good singers.

Analise who I think sang ”And I am telling you” had loads of confidence and has a brilliant voice, but the one that surprised me was Rid’ because the ones that have all the confidence in the X Factor go into the Audition room don’t actually do as well as they think they will. Rid came in very confidant and began to sing an opera song. The judges try to catch him out with telling him that he may have to sing songs like dancing queen in the live stages he sings the song to prove that he could do it and so they put him through. Did you see Dani’s face when he walked out, don’t think they will be going on a date!

The other ones that were good this week were Cece who did very well, and there was a girl who sang Ben by Michael Jackson, I thought that she did sounded great and I think that she will do well in the competition. I also thought that Luke who was the boy who sang and was asked to come back and sing again the next day, sang the chorus of his song and the judges were a little disappointed in him, because he hadn’t learned the verse and the chorus. I think that Luke will do well as long as he sits down and tries to learn the songs the best he can and show the judges that you are working your hardest and the judges will respect that.

Last but not least Barbra. Barbra was the lady who’s husband had left her and she had entered to prove to him that he was one stupid idiot to leave her, she has an amazing voice Simon said that she was too Cabaret for him but Louie said that she reminded him of Bette Midler which can only be good. She got through on the 3 votes and I think she’ll work really hard to get through at boot camp.

The not so good ones this week included Dawn who was an apprentice jockey. Louie and Sharon kept laughing and Simon told then to leave because it kept putting her off. It was so funny when Sharon walked into the door, she looks drunk when she get’s giddy! Anyway even without the other 3 Dawn still wasn’t able to sing so Simon still said no. Raj who worked in a pharmacy and had invested £50,000 to pursue his dream it was a shame that he was not that good but the one question that I am dying to know is what did he spend the £50,000 on!

Then last there was the girl who I have seen on GMTV and LK today. She was wearing the dress her dad made, and they did the usual thing where they filmed all the family crossing their fingers outside. Of course they’d put her through because she wasn’t that good, so they could show the reaction. You have got to ask what I heard Janet Street Porter say on LK Today. When they put her through the 4 rounds of producers before they saw the judges did they think she had a chance of winning the X-Factor. They were saying it’s awfull, but it’s what the show is all about, and it’s why alot of us love the auditions.

From next week it get’s serious and you will start to see people stand out, and I’m sure there will be some tears too! See you next week everyone.
