After spending the last two months working in LA on his new album, X Factor winner Shayne Ward has revealed how difficult he has found the seperation from long term girlfriend, Faye McKeever.

“Faye and I are still very much in love,” Shayne told the News of the World. “Being apart is hard. Because I’ve been in LA, I last saw her two months ago. But we chat every day. I couldn’t do phone sex though, that’s perverted!

“I love being faithful to her, but we’re not getting married. I’m young and enjoying life to the fullest. Marriage hasn’t crossed my mind. Faye’s very supportive, she’d never try to put chains on me.”
