Simon Cowell is reportedly being sued by a woman who claims that he failed to return her trainers and $500-orthopaedic insoles which she left at his house.

Splash news reports that the woman took part in a “try-out” to be Simon’s personal chef but after she failed to get the job, she decided to make a few quick dollars some other way.

She claims that she left her expensive shoes at the house and made repeated attempts to retrieve them. Terri Seymour (Cowell’s then girlfriend) even summoned her to the property when she found a rogue pair of shoes, but the cook claims they weren’t hers.

The woman is now claiming $661.59 compensation from Cowell and Seymour, however a rep for the pair said that the pair Seymour found were the correct pair and added.
