Simon Cowell denies that he and Mezghan Hussainy have split
Simon Cowell’s PR rep has denied rumours that the music mogul has split from his partner and rumoured fiancée Mezghan Hussainy.
Rumours started to circulate after Mezghan, 36, failed to show up to the American Idol final, the Britain’s Got Talent final and the BAFTA ceremony where Simon picked up his first award.
However PR guru Max Clifford says that Simon and his makeup artist girlfriend are still an item and plan to be reunited this week.
‘They’ll be together again this week. She is flying over,’ Clifford said.
‘Although they have been apart, they have been speaking every day on the phone.’
However, Clifford refused to confirm that there would be a wedding any time soon.
‘I’ve never actually heard Simon talk about a wedding. Whenever he is asked he says “who knows”,’ said the PR boss.
