It has been revealed that music moghul, Simon Cowell has donated £100,000-a-year to a dogs’ home in California.

The Sun claims that X Factor judge gives the money to a kennel owned by Exorcist actress Linda Blair.

The centre looks after and rehomes “neglected and abandoned” pets.

“Simon is a huge dog lover but because he’s always travelling he can’t have one,” said a source. “He thought it would be a great idea to help Linda out. He doesn’t like to talk about it as he sees it as a private arrangement.”
