Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell has admitted that he finds love very confusing but thinks it can survive for as long as you can ‘retain the chemistry.’

Cowell, the supposed eternal bachelor, has recently settled down and is reportedly engaged to 36 year old makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy. On his new relationship he told Piers Morgan:

“You just know when you’ve found somebody special. And I feel very, very happy for her – that I do, I do.

“Once you go public, this is something quite serious.

“I could count the number of times I’ve been in love on one hand. There are a lot of beautiful women in the world. But love is something quite confusing. You’ve got to really like them and then it develops into something deeper. And as long as you can retain that chemistry then it is the most incredible feeling.”
