Motown man group, Boyz To Men have been busy defending music moghul, Simon Cowell against criticisms that he is too harsh on shows like X Factor and American Idol.

Wanya, Shawn and Nathan told Now Online: “We love Simon. He’s not always right, but his approach is dead on. He’s the most truthful. You have to be very straightforward in this business.

“You gotta learn to speak your mind because if not you get cluttered with everybody else. Eventually you start lying and you don’t have an identity anymore.”

They added: “Whether he’s right or wrong, his opinion is his opinion. But a lot of the time he’s dead on.”
