Simon Cowell is trying to fill up his new X Factor panel and insiders say he is considering adding Lindsay Lohan to the lineup.

The troubled actress has only recently left rehab, has been jailed twice for breaking a drink-drive probation and this week was charged with theft after allegedly stealing an expensive necklace.

Insiders say she is already receiving coaching and training on how to cope with the X Factor’s audition process and a source told The Mirror:

“Simon wants him and three beautiful girls on the panel. He will sit there like the cat that got the cream. Lindsay is notorious but she will give the show an edginess.

“There’s been serious talks but Lindsay’s legal issues and her commitment to stay sober need to be worked through. She knows this could turn her life around.”
