Simon Cowell’s right hand hag Sinitta has claimed that she bullied him into losing weight because she was worried about his health.

Sinitta told Metro: “At one point I said to him: ‘You are going to have a heart attack, you need to sort yourself out.’

“In the last two years, he has lost over a stone and he is looking really fit now. He’s not got his man boobs any more and he looks really fresh.”

She added: “I had to bully him into it and now he craves healthy food and exercise. He said to me the other day: ‘I feel fantastic and I have you to thank.’”
