Taio Cruz has revealed that he will be mentor The X Factor contestants for this week’s show.

Cruz, who recently admitted that he wrote his current single ‘Break Your Heart’ for Cheryl Cole, told Alex and Lucy on Key 103′s IN:Demand:

“I’m going to go down and pop in, show my face and say, ‘Wassup.”

“I’m doing it this weekend. I’ll go down and give some advice and meet them and show them my new sunglasses range!”

Cruz, also admitted that he would love to perform on the show also.

“We don’t have plans to perform on the show, but if I’m asked to I would absolutely do that,” he added.
