The Curse Of The X Factor Judges!
Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell may have shot to the heights of fame due to their appearances as judges on the hit show ‘The X Factor’ but the fame they have acquired does also have its down points!
Simon Cowell has had legal action threatened against him many times and now it seems as if Louis Walsh is in the same boat.
Better get yourselves a good lawyer boys!

As Judges the constant argie bargie and banter does them no credit, and they are all horrendous mentors.
They are horrendous mentors because they lack the essential skills to make good ones. A mentor is an individual who you are meant to look up to. It can be someone with a gift for playing an instrument, singing or composition of music. It could be someone who is good at some fairly serious counselling and careers guidance. Educators make good mentors.
Reality TV is format TV and as such many shows will obviously try to copyright or protect the format they use. The problem arises when a show is almost identical on another channel. This can then lead to disagreements about ownership or design. Simon Cowell has already settled out of court with Simon Fuller, so at least Mr Fuller has been placated but what of others who were essential at the design stages, is it possible more cases are on the horizon?
The originator of reality TV is a chap called Paul Watson who is now ashamed of the link in realising that sometimes it goes to far towards making people look ridiculous to the detriment of ther jobs or careers.
