Two Shropshire men, Gerald Morris and Richard Gillespiem, have become local celebrities since wooing judges on the X Factor.

The pair have been singing together in local karaoke for ten years and made it through to the third round of the X Factor competition. Since their TV appearance they have been inundated with bookings in local pubs and clubs.

A film crew is due to film them in action for the X Factors sister show ‘The Xtra Factor’.

A spokesman for the programme said: “Our production team will be in Bridgnorth tonight to film some pre-recorded stuff for a show which will be featured on TV this year.

“Basically the show will be looking back at some of the most memorable contestants.
