The Voice UK: Leon Jackson’s pal Vince Kidd (aka Matthew Protheroe) in blind audition this weekend! (VIDEO)
Vince Kidd has strong reality TV links, so it’s no surprise that he is all set to pop up on the latest episode of The Voice this Saturday night.
The singer collaborated with former X Factor winner Leon Jackson recently and the former SYCO act admitted at the time, that he was one of the writers on a raunchy new tune by his pal, titled ‘Sick Love’.
The lyrics from the tune are fairly raunchy and include:
“ride me, bite me, cut me & infect me wit’ya sick love, touch me, touch me, t-t-touch me, turn it into sick love.”
Vince is quite scary looking and that may worry people tuning into the family show, however Kidd insists he looks more scary than he is and in a recent interview, told mthrfnkr.com:
“I’m not very scary in person. Behind the exterior I’m pretty sweet. I think. I mean, I can be scary. But I like that for sure. I like artists that I get scared of. I find that intriguing. I find that interesting, and I want to know more about them. That was kind of the idea.”
Vince has his fair share of reality TV experience too, as he once reached the X Factor live shows, as part of boyband Futureproof, though he competed under his real name Matthew Protheroe on the ITV show.
The Voice returns to our screens for the second episode of it’s first UK series this Saturday night.
On the new episode, Vince will be joined on saturday night’s lineup by hopefuls such as David Faulkner,Aleks Josh, David Julien, Heshima Thompson, Kerry Ellis and Matt Clubb & Sueleen Fletcher aka Amber Room.
