The Sun has reported that US stars such as Timbaland and P Diddy are lining up to work with X factor winner, Alexandra Burke after she signed a £3 million American deal this week.

And the paper says that the 20-year-old will fly to the States next month to meet with Simon Cowell and bosses at Epic Records, the label which has signed her.

Alex said on her blog she “could not believe” the deal.

“It’s just so exciting and I can’t even explain how it feels. I’m just so happy, and of course so emotional,” she said,

“Cracking America will be another one of my lifelong dreams that is coming true and I just can’t wait to get in that studio!”
