Triple Trouble disappoint on X Factor – 22nd August

On tonight’s X Factor show we meet teenagers Triple Trouble (17 years old), “My name’s Genna, my name’s George and my name’s Maria – and together we’re Triple Trouble”, “We want to show that, we’re not street rap, we’re here to prove a point, you may see us wearing tracksuits and speaking in our lingo and what not.”
“We’re not the average teenager that causes trouble hanging around the streets, we may be called Triple Trouble but we’re trouble in a good way”
“We all know we’ve got talent and so do other people, don’t mean to sound big headed but facts are facts yeah.”
“What’s the message?” asks Simon as they walk on stage – “Not all teenagers are the same, nowadays teenagers get put down because of crime and we want to show them that all teenagers are the same, we’re gonna sing Rhianna ‘Umbrella’.”
Can Triple Trouble spread the right message?
After they’ve finished performing, Simon asks if any of the band have got colds? “That’s kinda rude you know” says George Simon carries on laughing, “O.K you need to go to pharmacy and get some lemsip” says Simon
“You need to get off your high horse and stop talking rubbish, I’m being actual serious, I need to go pharmacy, you need to go get a life coach, telling me!” says George.
The audience start shouting “off” at Triple Trouble – “shut up” shouts George, he storms off and throws the mic back on stage much to Cheryl’s shock.
Walking up to Dermot backstage, George calls Simon a mug.
“Nasty, nasty, nasty!” says Simon.
“I would sleep with one eye open Simon because you haven’t heard the last of Triple Trouble!” say all of Triple Trouble.
“Do you know what, they are probably the most unpleasant group of individuals I have ever seen on the show,” says Simon.
