Tulisa Contostavlos has admitted that she is feeling a little bit uptight.

The former N-Dubz singer is about to enter her busiest time of year, with the new series of The X Factor set to launch in just a few weeks time and it seems that perhaps she is apprehensive about all that’s in store.

The blonde beauty has already hit the headlines on several occasions this month, with the press first claiming that she left Hawaii early last week because her cousin Dappy showed up to speak to her and another publication reporting that she believed herself to be responsible for the popularity of saucy novel ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey.’

Tulisa took to Twitter to set the record straight, first posting:

‘I did not leave hawai cus of dappy that’s ridiculous, he arrived 2 shoot his own vid the day after mine. I left 4 a studio session in LA’

Later adding:

‘WHAT!Y am I hearin that I said I was responsible 4 50 shades popularity?no no..I said I was 1 of the first people papped wid it,that is ALL’

Tulisa will be thrust back into the cut and thrust of The X Factor later this month, when she records her judges’ houses segment with the last of her hopefuls. Before that, she will first be required to take part in a variety of promo activities, interviews and perhaps a press launch and we can’t help but wonder if she’s feeling a little worried about it all.

Contostavlos messaged her followers this week writing:

‘Hmmm….. I don’t know, I’m feeling very agitated, can’t seem 2 chill out 2nit, what 2 do is the question..hmmm’
