The One Direction boys are in training, or so we are told and in the video below you can see the teen sensations preparing for this year’s Brit Awards ceremony.

Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson have been nominated for the ‘Best British Single’ gong, for their hit song ‘What Make Your Beautiful,’ which debuted at number one in the UK Singles Chart last year, after setting a Sony Music Entertainment pre-order record and selling 153,965 copies in its first week.

In the clip below the group jokingly work out in the gym, with Harry showing off his bulging biceps (which looks suspiciously like an orange to us!) and Niall impressing with his press up technique.
