X Factor 2007: Donny Osmond Wants To Be 4th Judge
We reported yesterday that Simon Cowell is desperate to fine a male judge for the upcoming series of the X Factor, and has only a month to do so.
Donny Osmond has told The Mirror today that he thinks he is the man for the job.
“I’d love to be a judge, oh man, in a heartbeat” the former heart-throb told the newspaper.
He added: “It’s a show where talent is the basis instead of someone’s personal hygiene, like on that voyeuristic Big Brother”
Talent……Steve Brookstein….really?

Steve Brookstein does have talent, everyone in the world has their own talent by right, why do people keep putting this man down all the time? Or is it that they are jealous? I think of Princess Diana whenever I read rubbish printed about other decent people, have they not got something else better to do than defame nice people - obviously not!

Steve brookestein talent yea comment. Answer steve brookstein has more talent than the moron than put that crass statement up. I for one am fed up with this negative press he gets from the media. Steve has a really unique soul voice, great performer, writes his own material now and has made a cd recentlyreleased and album called 40,000 things . For me hes the best thing that came out of the X factor hes a lovely genuine guy who has time for everyone. Its about time the me the media gave him the credit he is due and wrote that he won the x factor made a single and which went to number 1 and gave all the proceeds to the sunami appeal I dont see that anywhere reported by the press. Come on let a life and print something called the TRUTH for once.

Good article.
I agree X Factor isn’t really based on talent, it’s a tv show that takes the mickey.
They do sometimes find good talent, but I don’t think that’s their first goal.
I think Brooktein had a good voice, but very dated, and who needs someone doing Luther and Michael MacDonald when the real thing is superior!
Donny Osmond would make a good judge.
He’s been there, and got the t-shirt!

Another sheep jumping on the Sharon Osbourne/Steve Brookstein hating bandwagon. Boring.
Steve supported Dionne Warwick, was asked to do so for Lionel Richie too- has dueted with Bebe Winans and Maxi Priest, has worked and recorded with Soul Legends Ian Levine and Alan Glass, won every one of the live shows on X Factor but one.
Please- article writer- change the roecord- in fact- do yourself a favour, buy one of Steve’s (I thoroughly recommend his self-penned album 40,000 Things) and dare to have an opinion of your own!!
