Simon Cowell has made a big song and dance recently about X Factor 2007 being bigger and better than ever. He fired presenter Kate Thornton and judge, Louis Walsh, yet reports say he is having problems filling the judges roles.

Many people have been reported as having accepted the new judges role, Dannii Minogue, Randy Jackon, Pete Waterman, Sinnitta, to name a few. However it was revealed to the Daily Star today that Simon Cowell is actually having major problems in finding another male judge.

A source the newspaper: “The countdown has begun and everyone is a bit nervous. All four judges have to be at the auditions, which means Simon’s got less than a month to find his man.

“It could be a huge embarrassment as there’s been such a song and dance about giving the show a revamp.”

The source added: “Simon’s having to got through his contact book just to try to find someone. He may even have to pull in a few favours.”
