It’s being reported by the Daily Star that Simon Cowell has hinted that tonight’s X Factor final might be the last time Dannii Minogue appears on the show.

The newspaper reports that when Dannii was asked during a press conference in London on Thursday if she’d be returning as a judge next year, she apparently looked at Simon who laughed and said, “It’s a nice ceiling, isn’t it?”

He then told the assembled press, “If you’d asked me the same thing last year about Sharon Osbourne I would’ve said I am assuming it’s going to be the same panel.

“But then you sit down with lawyers and the agents and the managers get involved, blah blah blah, so you have got to keep an open mind.”

“There could be a different line-up, and Louis is going to have some work done.”

Louis then jokingly replied, “I need the gig so I’ll do it! It worked for you, Simon!”
