Next up on tonight’s X Factor show is 23 year old Laura from Bolton.

“I’ve been preparing for this moment for two months and then on Saturday my throat went as you can hear, I just hope it will last and I can get through the audition” says Laura

It means everything to Laura to get through as music is the only thing that she’s ever wanted to do

“My Dad has his own business, my Mum owns a beauty salon, my Sister is a brain box and my Brother’s a foot surgeon” laughs Laura, “I can’t see myself doing a 9-5, I just want the chance to be heard”

Laura enters the Judges room

She tells the Judges she will be singing Somebody’s Else’s Guy

“I’m just warning you I’ve been poorly so if it’s not the best audition feel free to ask me to sing another song and I will” says Laura.

Laura starts to sing.

Simon stops her halfway through “OK, I’m gonna stop you before you kill yourself, just wish you’d been healthy”

Does this spell the end for Laura?
