Whilst she was being interviewed on This Morning, Dannii Minogue has revealed that X factor finalist, Daniel Evans has been hitting the gym in a bid to be all buff and gorgeous for tomorrow X Factor live show.

Daniel is said to have started a new fitness routine, spurred on by sharing a room with the JLS lads who are 15 years his junior, and he says sharing a room with the JLS boys is making him feel like a teenager again.

Obviously missing his daughter, who is staying with his Mum in Spain, Daniel spends every night on Skype catching up with his family. Awwwwww sweet!
