Ruth Lorenzo - X Factor 2008

X factor finalist, Ruth Lorenzo, has had a bad cold this week and has been suffering from recurring back pain but that can’t keep her down for long!

Ruth can’t believe she wasn’t in the bottom two last week and was so thrilled that the public voted for her after being so worried about being “accepted by the British public”. Ruth is also still on cloud nine following Simon’s comments to her on Saturday, despite having a fiancé Ruth is thrilled she can get the eye of one of music’s most influential men!

Another reason for Ruth’s happiness this week is the extra space that her and pal Alex have suddenly gained in the house. The girls shared a room with Bad Lashes, so following their departure it’s just been the two of them, but rather than missing Bad Lashes, they are loving having a large room to themselves and the pair have become so close they are even talking about moving in with each other once the show has finished.
