Somewhere in Wales there is a village that feels like a ghost town, because the whole of North Cornelly, Mid Glamorgan, have come to the X Factor auditions to support local club and pub singers friends Cathe and Adelle, otherwise known as, Adante (Cathe Lewis 35 and Adele Gabriel 36).
Adante are hoping to swap the club circuit for worldwide fame and fortune and are hoping they can be the first group winner, “if we can do it, real women who are size 12’s, then we can make Wales proud.”

Singing Shirley Bassey’s Big Spender with Dannii and Cheryl joining in with the chorus it looks like the ladies have bought a smile to the Judges faces and even Simon admits that the girls, “don’t have bad voices”. But as always he doesn’t hold back on the criticism, “problem is everything is kind of cheap, from the outfits, the attitude, the performance, which means it’s difficult for me to take you seriously”.

With half their town waiting outside the audition room door, will the girls get the three yes’s they need so to make it through to Bootcamp and deliver good news to all their fans?
