X Factor judge Simon Cowell does like to spoil himself. Latest rumours suggest that he has splashed out on a £50,000 chillout room at show’s studios.
The Mirror reports that the music mogul has recruited a team of designers to revamp the top floor of Fountain TV studios. It will now contain plasma televisions, a sound system and relaxation area for Cowell.
An insider revealed: “It will be designed like a sanctuary. The aim will be so he can watch the dress rehearsals in peace.
“It will be divided into sections so he has a relaxation room for himself and his guests, a shower suite, vanity area and walk-in wardrobe.
The source added: “The new format means there will be live shows on Saturdays and Sundays. As Simon will be spending twice as much time there, he wanted to make sure he has a comfortable environment to relax and unwind in.”
