X Factor judge Dannii Minogue has denied rumours that she is about to be sacked and said that as far as she knows she is coming back for next years series.

The 37-year-old told the latest edition of Closer magazine: “The producers and Simon tell me I am returning, so that’s all I believe.

“So unless I hear differently, then I’ll be back.”

Dannii said that she is also keen to keep the judging panel as it stands, as she thinks the lineup works.

She said: “The panel works perfectly now with Simon, Louis, Cheryl (Cole) and me.

“We have different opinions – it’s very important.”
