X Factor 2009: Kylie Minogue Calls Louis Walsh ‘Pathetic’
Pop Princess Kylie Minogue is a girl after my own heart. She has lashed out at X Factor judge Louis Walsh this week and called his jibes at her sister Dannii “pathetic.” Well we all know that wit and quick thinking are not Louis’ strong points!
“I think it makes it [hard] for her when she gets Louis Walsh’s rather pathetic jibes – one of which is she hasn’t had a hit record,” she told Elle.
“That’s not true. He has no idea where she’s come from. No idea. And neither does England. And that’s quite hard.
“She was on TV every week from seven years old. I’m just so proud of my sister and it annoys the hell out of me when comparisons between us are made in an unfavourable way to her.”
Minogue added that constant reports that Dannii and fellow judge Cheryl Cole didn’t see eye to eye were “so cheap”.
“We all know there were issues between Sharon and my sister. But I don’t think there were any between her and Cheryl,” she said.

Pathetic is quite mild to what I think he is but it will do.
I do not think there was bad feeling between Cheryl and
Danni it was all media hype.
what does kylie mean by “and niether does england”. i find that quite insulting that she is expressing we, as a country, are perhaps ignorant towards her ‘little sister’.unfortunately, danni will always be compared as less successful to kylie, if she’s that bothered about it, quit the limelight so much and let lil sis have it all.
i agree with the pathetic-ness of louis though, he is abit of a drivel really,
but in fairness all kylie is doing with this interview is fuelling the xfactor publicity more and more as coincidentally the seasons starts again.
i like kylie’s music personally, but i dont like the sound of that above comment and i think if she loves the british fans as much as she says she does she should be more choosy with her words.
I am actually quite shocked at what Kylie has said in the above comment. Having been a fan of hers for such a long time, I was surprised to read what she had stated… Yeah ok louis Walsh does not know his limits and remind me why is he on the X factor? This show is about talent, something Dannii Minogue has. I understand that she is sticking up for her sister, which is nice but I am puzzled by how she included England in her outburst. It sounds as if she no longer respects us as her home and her fans. It does upset me as “Down to earth”Kylie seems to have vanashed from the limelight! Please Kylie we already have enough divas. She seems to not like us anymore.
