X Factor 2009: SIREN Twins Kim and Lauren Goddard Wow Judges
Twin sisters, who are said to look amazingly like Leona Lewis, have impressed the judges at this year’s X Factor auditions.
According to The Sun, Kim and Lauren Goddard, 22, impressed all four of the show’s judges and have made it through to the bootcamp stage of the show.
Sources told the newspaper that Simon Cowell was “blown away” by the girls, who perform under the name Siren.
A source said: “The twins are amazing. If Simon was blown away by Leona, he’s doubly blown away by these two.
“He even got them to sing Bleeding Love at their first audition. It was amazing.
“They’re just brilliant and they’ve got so much potential.
“They’re beautiful girls, impeccable singers and really lovely people.”
However, Simon Cowell has told the girls to go away and find their own style, rather than mimicking Leona.
The source added: “Simon has already warned them about being too like Leona because he thinks they need to be themselves.”

It matters not what these girls look like. Close your eyes and just listen to them sing . They have the voices of angels .
They really are singers to look out for, their soulful voices manage to touch you deep inside. I just hope they get that chance so that they can share their talent with everyone.
The twins beautuful pure voices will make grown men weep into their beers ! What a find !
Where did these girls come from ? Saw them sing at Bootcamp and was wowed to another world. Out of this world !
I heard they are going to cut Siren out the show because Simon sees them as too much competition to leona, and cant jeapordise her, is this true????
Yeah, I heard this too. Apparantly the judges disagreed with Simon, as did the production team, and there was some kind of rift. It would be disgraceful if Simon gets his way and gets rid of them. Really wouldn’t be surprised if they put through those terrible Scottish twins instead, who just cannot sing ! I think the girls are on this Sat 19th as were shown on advert. Hope so .
Looks as though Siren have been completely cut from the show. A tiny glimpse of one of them in an advert and then zilch. This is really,really bad, and shows what a fix the show is. If this is true I will be switching off as totally unfair. Simon obviously felt threatened and these two obviously have talent.
The girls were finally shown last Sunday and rumour has it they got through to final 50 at least, so lets hope we see more of them, a only on for about 30 seconds. They deserved to have more air time as very talented and great to watch .

Why did the Siren twins only have about 30 seconds of air time ? They had it real tough from the start with constant comparisons with Leona Lewis. It seams they were cut from the show for underhand reasons, and though they were used to fill silly little skits on Extra Factor, there was hardly any singing so we never really got a chance to hear them properly. And yet those revolting little Irish boys actually got through ! What the……
Word is out that the twins have bigger and better fish to fry then the XFactor . Good luck girls, you deserve great things in life . Alot of people love you out there.
Irish twins thru????????? Siren not??????????? What are the people at X Factor playing at???????? Is this an attempt to sell the programme to Irish TV companies?????? I cannot think of any other reason why these choices were made. A very very very stupid mistake X Factor team, a very stupid mistake which will probably backfire on yea!!!
