Olly has shown us at last that he is the fake one. It has all
been an act folks and whilst we’ve been so bogged down by
Danyl stories – at least he had the good manners and
graciousness to tell the other contestants they would be
alright. Olly Murs swore and rushed off stage.
too busy with his own self to notice poor Lloyd still
left on stage. Rewind back to Danyl and Miss Frank
when he atually hugged them when they were voted off.
Why do we accept ungracious behaviour from some and
rucify others on hearsay. Olly has lost my vote.
I think he has kidded us all along – in his own
words I want to be a famous pop star – sorry love
not on my vote!! You can now swear as much as you
like. I’m not letting my kids watch the programme to
condone swearing. A finalist who swears – sorry
not for me!

Gerard, I always enjoy your irreverant style of writing in these liveblogs even if I do not always agree with the content. The distribution of your biting wit was quite even this week and I especially liked the commentary regarding one-dance-move Olly and his self absorbed celebration. Mr Hip Thrust would have been better served if he at least faked sincerity.

Fair play to Lloyd for believing in himself, but Cheryl should have recognised he was not ready to be in the final 12 and did a disserivce to him by putting him through. Lloyd would have been better off if he was rejected and worked on his craft like Alexandra Burke did when she was rejected and then came back.

I’m so glad that you said that about Olly reaction. I lost a lot of respect for him 2nyt, im not a lloyd or olly fan but that was very insensitive and uncalled for. i’m now hoping he goes next week followed quickly by the other unlikeable contestant Danyl.

I’ve boycotted X Factor since feeling the show’s fixed but still couldn’t resist finding out who’s staying and who’s been voted off.

Hate to say it, but the twins (so called Jedward) and Lloyd should’ve been voted off way before Lucy and Jamie.
