X Factor 2010: 1 Direction FINALLY perform at judges houses (VIDEO)
X Factor boyband 1 Direction had their judges houses audition postponed, after one member was rushed to hospital.
Louis Tomlinson injured his foot on the beach just hours before their performance and Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Zain Malik and Niall Horan were forced to wait until he had been released, before they could sing for Simon and Sinitta.
At Cowell’s Marbella mansion, the boys finally got to sing Natalie Imbruglia’s Torn. Liam Payne kicked off the song and seemed to adopt lead vocals, which we imagine will suit their legion of female fans. The performance was good but our once concern is that there wasn’t much group singing, they just took turns at singing solos sections.
After the performance Simon raved: “They’re cool, they’re relevant. I think it was a little bit timid. I could tell that they were nervous. This is going to be a hard decision.”
Sinitta added: “They are SO cool”

Louis Tomlinson was defiantly miming. No doubt about it.
Louis wasnt miming a back track though he was just miming what Harry was singing
probably for effect…Liam and Harry will carry the group though I can imagine Zayn will improve the tone to his voice is excellent but lacking power…I do think the two groups who were formed took everyone by surprise

YOU CAN JUST SEE THEY ALL WENT INTO THE COMPETITION AS SOLO ACTS…… not good, none of them (especially Liam and that curly haired boy) want to be in a group………
Have 2 say ,Harry’s voice was really impressive .I didn’t think his vocals were that strong based on his other performances ,not 2 put down Liam’s voice he’s really talented 2 .Liam and Harry are going 2 drive this group for sure .I can bet that this will be a group 2 watch if they reach the live shows

Its a shame that only Harry and Liam got the chance to really express their voices, no doubt they were good but i feel Zayn,louis and Nail should have had more to add as they can all sing hence the reason of them been put in a band…
The over all effect of the performance came from the three boys at back, Well done to them!!!

omg harry styles and zayn malik are TOO GORGEOUS. I would just love to marry harry LOL. they all seem like such down to earth lads and they make a great group (vocally and looks wise).
