Firm bottomed pop superstar Kylie Minogue has denied reports that she will be acting as a stand in for her sister Dannii, while she takes maternity leave from The X Factor this summer.

Reports had suggested that while Dannii was in Australia giving birth to her little bundle of joy, her big sister Kylie would keep her judging seat warm for the audition rounds of the ITV show.

However Kylie told The Sun:

“It’s a little impractical and I think that it’s really Dannii’s gig and she excels in that.

“I’ve never done it, maybe I’d be OK but I just think she does it so well.”

Kylie also admitted that she’s having a hard time believing that her baby sister is actually, truly pregnant. She added:

“I said to Dannii, ‘I think I’m a rational person and I’ve just felt the baby kick, I know that’s all reality.

“But at the same time, as your sister, it’s just so surreal.

“‘It’s like someone’s just put a balloon up your jumper.’”
