Natalie Imbruglia, Cheryl Cole, Simon Cowell & Louis Walsh turned up to Birmingham’s LG Arena yesterday, to kick off the second day of the X Factor 2010 auditions.

Looking amazing in a hot pink mini dress, Australian pop star Natalie Imbruglia appeared thrilled to be replacing pregnant Dannii Minogue for the day and was no doubt glad of the chance to practice her one liners, before she starts as a full time judge on X Factor Australia. Imbruglia will join Ronan Keating, radio DJ Kyle Sandilands and Australian Idol 2003 winner Guy Sebastian on the panel later this year.

Cheryl Cole opted for a more casual look yesterday, ditching the leopard print dress and going for some skinny jeans and some slamming heels. Simon Cowell looked EXACTLY as he always does in a white t shirt and jeans and Louis Walsh looked slightly smarter than usual in his blue shirt, but thankfully had ditched the Jedward hairstyle he was sporting last week.

Simon Cowell introduced the newest addition to the panel by saying that her son ‘Torn’ was “possibly one of the best pop records of all time”. Natalie then admitted that she was ‘excited’ to be there, before starting the first of four audition sessions spread out over yesterday and today.
