Simon Cowell has revealed that he doesn’t mind if his X Factor hopefuls are a bit wild, as long as they can sell records.
The music mogul was speaking to The Sun, when he admitted that he is getting fed up with boring performers and just wants his contestants to have some fun.
“If people are badly behaved sometimes, so what?
“I’m fine with that. At least they are having fun.
He added that he doesn’t want any sad stories used to win votes on the lives shows, which start next Saturday. Simon said:
“We got too much of this ‘I’m doing it for my mum who broke her ankle’ nonsense.
“I am just trying to encourage them this year to be their age and do what they like to do if they have a career as a pop star.”
