Following in the footsteps of the mighty Jedward, Twem made their TV debut on tonight’s X Factor.

The French twins Samir and Medhi go by the name of ‘Twem’ and explained to Dermot O’Leary that it means ‘twins’ in Arabic. They sang Lady Gaga’s Just Dance for Cheryl Cole, Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell and Chez could be seen grinning at the handsome twins throughout their audition.

JUDGES COMMENTS:

Cheryl: Not the best vocals in the world but I really enjoyed it! You’re like the Parisian John and Edward.

Simon: (to Louis) This is the effect you’re now having on Europe and that is a terrifying thought.

Louis: You’ve got the likeability factor and you’re pretty good singers. Simon they’re entertaining. Everybody loves them here.

Simon: This is the effect you are having on Europe. Considering where this is going, I am going to have to say no!

But Louis and Cheryl loved the boys and they made it through to bootcamp. A shoe in for the live shows? We think so!
