X Factor 2011: Jade Richards lands slot at SAVI-FEST

Jade Richards

Jade Richards may not have landed a place on this year’s X Factor live shows, but the Scottish singer is already out on the road and gigging for her fans.

We reported last week that the goth singer had been signed to a successful talent agency, and today it has been revealed that she is all set to perform at Barrowlands in Glasgow next week.

Only a few weeks after being seen on the ITV show, being rejected by Kelly Rowland at judges houses, Jade will sing at SAVI-FEST, on Friday October 21,in aid of East Kilbride charity SAVI (Sexual Assault Victims Initiative).

Jades’ fans will be delighted to get the chance to see her shine once more and will have the added benefit that the whole thing is in aid of such a good cause.

Co Founder of SAVI-FEST, Annmarie Campbell, told STV:

“X Factor lost it’s X Factor when they let Jade go, but we’re certainly not complaining as their loss is our gain.

“Another fantastic Scottish artist to join our clan at SAVI-FEST. It’s going to be an absolutely amazing night”

Other acts set to perform at the festival include Must Be The Music winner Emmas Imagination, Aaron Wright and Little Eye.
