X Factor 2011: Kitty Brucknell has her own style, choreographer and makeup artist but she seems to have lost her humility! (VIDEO)
Kitty Brucknell made her TV debut on tonight’s X Factor show and we really wish she hadn’t.
The 26 year old singer from Cheltenham set our nerves on edge when her VT started and she was boasting about her own ‘team’, of course called ‘Team kityy.
She gushed:
I have a couple of producers I like recording with. I have choreographers that I like working with and I have a make-up artist – she’s amazing!
Makes you wonder how she hasn’t already made it doesn’t it? Surely someone with all that backing should already be a star. But wait, all these great supporters and not one could make time to attend Kitty’s audition with her…..that seems strange to say the least.
However we were pleasantly surprised when Kitty started to sing for the judges, because her acapella version of Lady Gaga’s Edge Of Glory was actually very good. Her voice is strong but not as overbearing as her personality, she was tuneful and as Gary Barlow said, managed to convey the ‘hard the soft and the medium’ of the number.
Then, she started to talk again. After Gary and Louis Walsh praised her vocals, the blonde wannabe decided to take a seat on the stage Katie Waissel style and poured her heart out saying:
I was sitting back stage and I heard all the audience roaring, I just thought to myself if I walk off this stage and the audience and judges say ‘no’, I’ve still performed for 4000 people at the O2. You have no idea…. that is probably one of my biggest dreams, to do something at the O2. I’m speechless!
Apparently not!
After her diatribe the female judges had their say and both were concerned about Kitty’s personality issues. Tulisa thought it was ‘quirky’ and added:
People will either love you or hate you.
While Kelly Rowland said she shouldn’t get carried away with her pursuit of fame and her ego, but should always remember ‘the girl who went through all of those ‘nos’, and remember that place that you were when you got here.’
Brucknell remembered her humble side for all of three seconds, but after getting four yeses she ran offstage and screamed:
This is the crazy part where the press start chasing me down the street and I get evicted because there are so many paparazzi waiting outside my house. You know, the fame!
And we have another little spoiler for X Factor fans. Kitty is set to get even more annoying at bootcamp, running around in big black knickers and pretending to be Lady Gaga….we can’t wait!

I can already tell what a fake this women is. “This song means so much to me” BITCH PLEASE. You’re just copying what Gaga said, but the difference is Gaga is telling the truth, as she actually composed the song on a piano while her grandfather was dying. She’s a two faced fake diva.
And she’s going to act like Gaga even more in the auditions? Oh please no, she’s already murdered “The Edge Of Glory”, she better not ruin another Gaga song.
Kitty is actually Kimberly Dayle and is a Gaga impersonator (and Britney and Xtina). I know this as I have been unfortunate enough to meet her. She’s horrific. Just google Kimberly Dayle. She was bragging about how she had to sign a contract to say that she wouldn’t perform anywhere else once shes on X Factor but actually she reckons she can get away with it as she is still using the pseudonym of Kimberly Dayle
I’ve also met Kitty aka Kimberly Dayle and she is horrid, and she also smells, she got changed in a dressing room, and it stunk after, she also picked her nose and ate it. This is gods honest truth! she also has the nerve to claim she is a live tribute to Britney, and Gaga but in fact 70% is mimed… she clearly has mental health issues
Uh… Don’t know what you are talking about but was at bootcamp with Kitty and although she did get filmed a whole load more than everyone else which pissed a lot of people off she also knows a whole load about how these things work so who knows- chatted to her quite a lot and she is not annoying at all just super ambitious and confident. I think a lot of people are just really jealous because she knows how to play the game. Don’t really think she cares what people think she told me all she cares about is the performance, what goes on backstage is irrelevant which I think is true. She kept being asked for interviews though which blatantly meant she was going through, that was annoying but prob not her fault tbh.
No, I also too had the misfortune of working with her, out in Corfu last year while she was performing as lady GaGa. She does smell, she is grotesque, and she is massively disturbed. Me and my co-worker were expected to HELP her get changed and the twisted freak stripped off completely starkers, and EXPECTED us to DRESS HER! KNICKERS ALSO! I refused and walked out. She also threw a complete hissy fit on one of her sound checks, where she threw herself on the floor! She saw a couple of other comments I’ve made about last year and messaged me on Facebook, practically begging me not to mention a particular episode to the press… I said wouldn’t, but I might yet, especially if her behaviour continues… I don’t like her in the slightest, but have to admit, it’s entertaining… For ALL the wrong reasons!
