X Factor 2011 Spoilers: Week 4 theme revealed – Halloween Fright Night!
Next week’s X Factor live show will be a Halloween special!
Dermot O’Leary revealed on tonight’s live results show that the show will feature songs to fit with a ‘Fright Night’ theme, so expect at least one person to get landed with singing Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller.’
True to form, Louis Walsh has revealed that he is planning to mix things up a bit and instead of giving Johnny Robinson another crazy performance, he is going to choose a plain old ballad for the weird and wacky show.
Speaking on The Xtra Factor, he said:
I don’t think Johnny can get any camper but next week I’m going to let him just sing. I’ve got a big song, a romantic song and Johnny is going to show his voice so watch this space.
Craig Colton will be taking his performance in compeltely the other direction and on tonight’s Xtra Factor admitted:
It’s definitely uptempo next week.
Kitty Brucknell will sing Eurythmics’ song ‘Sweet Dream’s and has promised an incredibly ‘different’ and ‘darker’ performance.
Janet Devlin has teased that her song will be a well known number, with her own twist on it. Craig Colton revealed that his song choice is very risky and Marcus Collins will be performing a mash-up.
X Factor bosses ran with a Halloween theme this time last year and on their spooky special, Wagner sang ‘Bat Out Of Hell,’ Mary Byrne sang ‘Could It Be Magic’ and Matt Cardle gave a chilling rendition of ‘Bleeding Love.’ You can check out the full 2010 songlist here.

Janet’s voice is too weak for Zombie. A classic song that should only be kept for a strong voice like Dolores O’Riordans!!!

And Silvio will sing Blinding, from Florence + the Machine. Why do I say this? Because what I would sing and what Carolynne would sing have the same relevance in the competition. That is, zero.
My Immortal – Evanescence or Carry you home – James Blunt would be a perfect song choice for Janet…too bad she should go uptempo this week to heat up the competition – in this case Dog Days Are Over is another good choice – she can both sing and dance along in wierd costume.
I think if louis wants johnny 2 sing a ballad, he should sing witchcraft by Frank Sinatra.

Janet is miles better than Diana vickers and the 2 can’t be compared her voice is unique and she’s the favourite for a reason,she has a great Celtic quality to her voice,oh and vickers has been successful to date with what she has released
