X Factor 2012 1st Results: Rylan Clark and Carolynne Poole in bottom two sing off

The X Factor results show is on air…right now and Dermot O’Leary has just revealed the first bottom two of the series.
The presenter took his time in working through the eleven acts all through to next week’s show, before confirming that Rylan Clark and Carolynne Poole had received the lowest amount of public votes and would be competing in the sing off.
Kye Sones and James Arthur jumped for joy as they won a place in the next round ad District 3 looked shocked to have survived, having previously been tipped as the bookies favourite for elimination.
The crowd roared with applause as fan favourites Ella Henderson and Lucy Spraggan got through and we admit that we were pretty shocked to hear that MK1 weren’t at the bottom of the voting pile. We love them but Twitter seemed to react strongly against them last night.
Louis Walsh was elated to find out that Union J had also survived meaning that he was going through to next week with all three of his acts, while Gary Barlow looked disgusted to find out that his act Carolynne Poole was going to have to compete in the sing off with Nicole Scherzinger’s Rylan Clark.
Rylan looked resigned to his fate, having faced so much hate over the series but Poole looked gutted that her dream could be over so soon.

seriously, what do you have against MK1??
Did anyone else notice that Dermot yanked Ryland roughly to his side when beginning to wait for judges answers? Whilst I appreciate judges were annoying and time was running out- was Dermot in a foul mood all weekend or was his sore throat bothering him?
Not a surprise at all Rylan can’t sing and Carolynn came across as abit arrogant and as I said in a different post the British public do not like an arrogant person
What Louis Walsh did was outrageous, waht a sham, choosing Ryland first but chaning his mind, no more x factor fo me

He is not a judge when he names carolynne poole as an act to save, then retracts his statement to go to Dead Lock – especially when Rylan is below standard in comparison which was so obvious to these ‘professional’ judges. THEY ARE JUDGES – TO JUDGE. NOT A PANEL OF SUPPORTERS!
I sincerely hope ratings plummet and viewers boycott the show like i will until they replace Louis with someone who actually brings something to the show. His Westlife days are long gone and so are his claims to fame.

Who was it who went up to Louis while the sing off was takiing place …all rewind to Caroline singing and you can clearly see someone talking to Louis .I think we need to know who and what this was about .
As soon as I saw that guy talking to Louis I predicted that Rylan would stay despite having a totally insipid voice. This show is a total fix and no longer worth watching. Tulisa, has integrity and old ‘has been’ Louis has none.

Yet again a FIX, the whole show is rigged, Just before the sing off a guy crawls up to Louise and then he makes a decision that’s not based on singing.

Proof, if it were needed that the show is nothing but a money making scheme and nothing to do with talent. Louis is clearly the producer’s puppet (probably how he’s managed to stay put all this time.
They always have a ‘joke’ act and this year’s is up and running.

The program is a total sham,Louis said to save Carolynne then changed to go to public vote. These people are getting paid lots of money and taking the piss. The program is supposed to give an chance to talented SINGERS and they’re passing on good singers for utter tripe. The program has lost all it’s integrity as a real talent show, it would be better aired on the Disney Channel. How can Louis keep his position, he’s a joke.

Unbelievable! This show has lost all credibility to me it’s clearly not a talent show. Rylan forgot the words! It was a sing off and should have been judged as a sing off instead we had to watch Louis cruelly play with Carolynne ‘s emotions making what he claimed to be a hard decision. Louis shouldn’t be there. His below the belt remark about Christopher’s cruise ship days followed by tonight’s behaviour means I will find anything else more entertaining than this.
If Xfactor carries on the way it is there will be a lot of viewers including me who will not be watching again. Tonight’s Xfactor results was a farce. It was quite obvious who was the better singer. What is wrong with Loius he had a vote and after saying he was going to save Carolynne changed his mind and sent it to deadlock, that should not be allowed , thee other judges voted and so should Louis or is this a fix . Can’t stand Rylan any way, not after the performance he gave last week when he was told he was through to the finals, and cried like a baby again tonight. Glad Gary walked off , I felt so sorry for him & Carolynne, she gave a fantastic performance.

I am really gutted about the X Factor, I have no problem with ryland but think that X Factor is at its heart a singing competition, if you are an entertainer you should be in BGT…I really like Lucy but feel BGT would have been a better place for her, she could actually win that show..X Factor has to been about singing, I have no feel passion for country music, but it would be nice to hear something other than the same covers we hear every year. Louie and dermout were clearly told the rylan had to stay, you only had watch dermout trying to explain himself on xtrafactor to see he was embarrassed and ashamed he was put in that position..Gary pretended to walk off..had he GENUINILY meant it..he would not have been back tail between his legs 5 mins later…the way his life went after take that split…and his personel sadness recently he should now how life can be a bugger, if he had real guts, he would leave and send the message that playing with people’s lives is just plain wrong, the judges are there to stop this happening, when for whatever reason a good singer is in the bottom 2 they can save them….why have a sing off if it makes no difference anyway..if you want to kick out the act with least votes fair enough just do viewers votes every week….then we only have ourselves to blame for not voting……poor Carolyne spent 2 years to just get kicked of for rating…it will backfire, 2 million down on last year and will fall further….any show MUST have credibility …time to stop watching everyone …

Last nights show was sham. Louis clearly said he wanted 2 save Carolyn then changed his mind. Ryland’s a entertainer not so much a singer, he should go on Britains Got Talent.

I say every year I will not watch it again. Over and over there is the token act included just to stir up and provide some “excitement” Well it’s all false and the show no longer has any integrity and I thought Gary Barlow was better than this to go along. I know he walked off – but was that staged too? If he felt really bad enough about the shennanigans that stop people with talent having a chance why doesn’t he come out and say it or leave? I can’t understand it and it’s too annoying to watch – the results show is just strung out and now you can vote from the beginning of the Saturday show. No wonder it’s going down in the ratings – the public can see through the money making strategies – we are not stupid

After tonight’s results of the farce factor i firmly believe the public results are not the true votes took on board. Should we look back on history of the x factor a jester always goes a part of the distance before being dropped good talented singers are set aside WHY. These so called talent spotters that sit in Judgement shame on them they are talentless Gary Barlow about the best out of a bad bunch. A talent show should be about the very best not about saving your act or axing the competition don’t think this over rated joke show is for me any more it has now run its course.
I’m not a fan of Carolynne anymore after whst she said about my idol Rhydian Roberts. She is very unprofessional and deserved to go. Ella Henderson’s the best anyway, she should win.
