Brad Shackleton was one of the singers only briefly featured on last night’s Xtra Factor who will make more of an appearance on tonight’s main show.

The hopeful singer is from the overs category and last night was seen surviving the first big bootcamp cull, as enacted by Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh and Tulisa Contostavlos.

He later took to the stage to sing with two of his fellow contestants and once again, avoided being eliminated and was awarded a pass to the final day in Liverpool’s Echo Arena.

This evening, viewers will see the handsome performer sing for what could be the final time on the ITV show, in front of the panel and a 5,000 strong crowd in Liverpool’s Echo Arena.

Brad received a very positive response, after his audition aired on ITV2 last night and he took to Twitter to thank his new fans saying:

‘Thanks everyone for your kind tweets! At last I am featured!! Thought I had been in long deep dream for the past 6 months!!!’

It’s fair to say that he had been concerned he wouldn’t be featured at all, as Brad previously tweeted:

‘Great….still no sign of me on this show except for in the pub necking a pint!! Am I on this show???!!!!!’
