This week’s X Factor will feature yet another former contestant, coming back to make another attempt at finding fame on reality TV.

We’ve already seen Jade Richards impressing the judges for the second time and Melanie McCabe made it through to bootcamp again, after she shrugged off Kelly Rowland’s rejection and returned to sing for the panel once more.

Tomorrow evening Carolynne Poole will make her big comeback, after being turned down at the final judges houses stage by Louis Walsh last year.

Earlier this year the former Fame Academy finalist sang again for Louis, Gary Barlow and Tulisa Contostavlos and insiders told Unreality TV that she wowed the panel with her rendition of Emeli Sandé’s ‘Clown’.

Former Coronation Street actress LucyJo Hudson is close friends with Carolynne and on the day of her audition, praised her pal and raved about her vocal performance, tweeting:

“So proud of my bezzy @CarolynnePoole tonight. She was amazing at the XFactor auditions. Fingers crossed she makes it big this year. X”

Coronation Street star Alan Halsall – aka Tyrone Hobbs – is also 100% behind the brunette beauty and tweetd just minutes ago, writing:

‘@CarolynnePoole on @TheXFactor on daybreak !! SHE’S AWESOME !! X’

Poole replied:

‘nervous I am!! Xxx’

A fan asked Carolynne why she hasn’t auditioned for The Voice this year, to which she responded:

‘I much prefer x factor honey x’

If Carolynne has made it through to bootcamp and beyond, she will be mentored by Take That star Gary Barlow and so at least knows she won’t be dropped in favour of someone like Goldie Cheung this time round.
