Things between former X Factor judge Cheryl Cole and her new beau Tre Holloway are moving fairly swiftly, romantically, and it’s been reported today that she’s going to meet his family at Christmas. Which could be a tad awkward as Tre’s mum recently warned Chezzer not to hurt her boy.

However, Cheryl will make the trip to Burlington New Jersey to meet Tre’s momma, and in the meantime, Cheryl has reportedly booked a sightseeing trip around Newcastle for Tre.

So that should take up the majority of an hour then.

However, The Sun adds, “They are even discussing living together in Los Angeles after Cheryl’s solo and Girls Aloud touring commitments come to an end…

“Tre, 27, has been keen to convince her that she should stay on in LA and share an apartment with him.”

A source close to the couple said, “Cheryl and Tre have been seeing each other for less than a year but they are already very serious about each other.

“They have been spending a lot of time together recently. He is working on her UK tour and so has been at all of the rehearsals.

“But this will be a chance for her to see the America that he grew up in.”

This is of course only the second sort-of serious relationship Cheryl’s been in since she split from her love rat England and Chelsea football star ex-husband, Ashley Cole. Her other romance was with dancer Derek Hough.
