The charms of Rylan Clark are reportedly starting to wear a bit thin.

It has been claimed that while most of the X Factor contestants started out thinking the former model was fun and eccentric and generally harmless, they have started to tire of his antics and attention seeking behaviour.

Clark was ecstatic on Sunday night, when he found out he had won a place in the third show of the series and avoided elimination for the second time, however it seems that not everyone was so chuffed with the news.

One insider told Star magazine:

“Since making the live finals Rylan has been enjoying the media attention and hogging all the limelight. He’s the first to go out partying and loves being papped.

“But the others are growing tired of his over the top antics. They say it’s pathetic.”

Ohhh well Rylan certainly has found his face (and his arse) plastered over most of the tabloid newspapers today, after a night out on the town was captured by half of London’s paparazzi at the weekend.

He has been kicked out of London’s Corinthia hotel as a result, along with fellow contestant Lucy Spraggan and obviously doesn’t feel too bad about it as he and his pal are heading to a showbiz party again this evening.

He’ll soon be heading back to Fountain studios, as rehearsals begin for the club classics themed show this weekend but the insider revealed that Clark is causing trouble there too.

They continued: “Ryan makes no secret of the fact that he is the queen of this year’s show, but he’s winding the others up by flouncing around like a diva.

“He is already being very demanding about his outfits, his hair styling and choreography. And he has been staying out late parting too. There is a feeling that Rylan only got through because is entertaining and good TV.”

Some of the contestants may feel that way, but Ry has insisted that he deserves his place on the show, because at the end of the day he is ‘more talented’ than Gary Barlow. Yes, he actually said that…..apparently.

He’s making the most of the experience at least and if Rylan is eliminated this weekend, well at least he’s enjoyed his time on the series!
