X Factor 2012: District 3 or Rylan Clark tipped to get the boot
Bookies are not expecting a second successive week of controversy as X Factor fans have come piling in for Rylan Clark to get the boot this weekend.
The Essex showman is now joint 3/1 favourite to go on Sunday night and the 6/4 favourite to be in the bottom two again, closely followed by District 3 at 13/8 and Christopher Maloney 7/4.
“Everyone has been talking about Rylan this week and if our customers are anything to go by, the Essex lad could be out this weekend,” said William Hill spokesman Mark Young.
Ella Henderson goes into Saturday as huge favourite at 5/6 to win the show and will be hoping to add to her enhancing reputation. The 16 year old has challengers in Jahmene Douglas (5/1 to win), James Arthur (8/1), Kye Sones (10/1), Jade Ellis (16/1) and Union J (16/1).

If Rylan gets’ the boot then the show is positively fixed with Barlow having a say..
Carolynne should not be brought back for this will be another argument as to further contestant’s on departure with the lowest public votes – so, we will have all other contestants brought back due to the public spending money voting for another. The money is wasted and should be donated to charity and yes, Louis was right opting for ‘deadlock’ at least we had an idea what the public really thought and after all it is the public who pay the judges’ wages.
Could you be more misogynistic or ageist if you actually tried? The show is about finding a worldwide star. Who have been the X Factor’s only worldwide stars? The acts palatable to the 12-34 demographic, specifically One Direction, Cher Lloyd, and Leona’s one schmoopy love song written by Jesse McCartney.
Even if Union J don’t win the show, they have almost a quarter of a million twitter followers from around the world and will certainly find representation, PROBABLY with Syco, because of the “tweenie voters” and their ilk. The X Factor wants to repeat One Direction’s success — and should want to try repeating it. That kind of fame is rare.
