X Factor 2012: Duke are looking forward to working with Louis Walsh

Before they filmed judges houses, boyband Duke revealed that they were excited about working with Louis Walsh.

The handsome singers were seen shining on Saturday night’s episode of The X Factor, impressing the judges at bootcamp with their singing and beatboxing skills.

They won a place in the final 24 and made it into the last six groups (well there were six, then Rough Copy dropped out and Walsh replaced them with Union J and Times Red) and were told that they would be competing in front of the Irish star and his pal Sharon Osbourne for just three places on the live shows.

Speaking to This Is Gloucestershire the lads revealed that they were excited about working with the former Westlife boss and they hope he is willing to appreciate someone a little different from his usual acts.

Duke said:

“We’re looking forward to working with Louis Walsh. He is someone who is obviously known for bringing on traditional boy bands so we hope he is open to going in a slightly new direction.

“Working with Sharon Osbourne should be good too. We just hope she gets us. If she does, we could go through, but if she doesn’t it could be the end of the road.”

Even if they do get eliminated, the lads still think they are better off than before and they added:

“But being on the X Factor has been fantastic in terms of giving us exposure.

“To get to the live shows would be brilliant.”

Duke will be seen performing this weekend, in a bid to make it through to the next round. Do you think they can do it? Leave your comments below….

Meanwhile, as we prepare for the judges houses episodes of the show to air next weekend, Unreality TV have put together out predictions for his year’s X Factor final 12. Have a look and tell us if you agree!
