X Factor 2012: James Arthur catches up on Jahmene Douglas – Christopher Maloney still an outsider!

Bookies have made James Arthur and Jahmene Douglas their joint 5/4 favourites to win the X Factor ahead of this weekend’s final. The bookie is unable to separate Nicole Scherzinger’s finalists with Christopher Maloney considered the outsider at 7/2.

Elsewhere, the odds would suggest that both Saturday’s and Sunday’s broadcast won’t scale the heights of previous years with skinny odds of 4/6 available on the show attracting less than 14 million viewers.

A spokesperson for Paddy Power said “Nicole’s boys are certainly in the driving seat but with Chris Maloney’s strong support from Liverpool could see him sneak in to the final two.”
