Melanie Masson has admitted that she would like to adopt some of her younger X Factor contestants.

The mum of two already has a little boy and girl waiting at home for her, however, she’d like to add to her brood and when asked on last night’s Xtra Factor which fellow singers she would adopt, Fairy Flutterby said:

“They are all so adorable but I think one would definitely be Jahmene, because he is so adorable and also Ella.”

Hwever, she does have a favourite and continued:

“If I had to choose one, it would be Jahmene. He’s so cute.”

Melanie shone on last night’s main show and the judges were raving about her rendition of INXS’ ‘Never Tear Us Apart.’

Nicole Scherzinger gushed:

“Brilliant job, that shows us that you can do everything. You started out playful, then you did your righteous notes and you went back into control. I am really impressed.”

Mel has admitted that she feels privileged to have commanded such a positive reaction and said:

“I really did and I felt really lucky to get such brilliant comments, it was fantastic.”
